SHORT FAQ

How do I book an appointment?

Fill out the appointment request form on this website. This will enable us to process your request quickly and efficiently.

How much will “X” cost?

Prices can vary due to many factors including hourly rates, skin reaction, and demand. The final price will depend on the size, detail of the design, and body placement.

How limited is availability?

Each artist opens only a small number of sessions during their Aspen dates. Once their calendar is full, we cannot add more appointments for that season.

Do you accept walk‑ins?

No. Tattoo Aspen is a private, appointment‑only experience. All sessions begin with an application and consultation.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Many clients come with a general idea or theme. The consultation is where we refine the concept with you.

How do I take care of my new tattoo?

Your bandage should be worn for 1 to 3 hours after your appointment. Thoroughly wash your hands and dry them with a paper towel before removing the bandage. However, you DO NOT want to soak your fresh tattoo in ANY water including, but not limited to, bathtubs, swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes, and ponds.
These all have chemicals, dirt, and all kinds of nasties that can cause infection. Showers are fine-just NO SOAKING!

After washing the tattoo, pat it dry with a paper towel. DO NOT use a hand or bath towel, as they can harbor bacteria. DO NOT re-bandage your tattoo. Your tattoo and skin need to breathe and get air to heal properly.

Take a small amount of Tattoo Aftercare and gently rub it in fully. Your tattoo should have a slight sheen to it, meaning a very thin coat. You should reapply 3-5 times daily depending on the size, location, and condition of your skin. If it looks dried out, then put a small amount on.

Wash your tattoo once or twice a day for the duration of the healing time. Too much washing can wash away your body’s natural bacteria that helps your skin to heal. Washing the tattoo in the morning and at night before you go to bed is sufficient. For the first day, the tattoo will “ooze” clear plasma. This is completely normal.

Continue to use the above steps until your tattoo is completely healed. Healing time varies with each individual and the area that was tattooed.
