1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website of Tattoo Aspen by TrudyLines ("we," "us") or booking an appointment with one of our artists, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. The Pop-Up Experience Tattoo Aspen is a seasonal, limited-time residency. All appointments are subject to artist availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, provided it is not discriminatory under US law.
3. Booking and Deposits (Strict Policy) Due to the exclusive nature of this event and the travel requirements of our international artists:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
Non-Refundable: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you are reserving a time slot that cannot be easily re-booked on short notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice: You must provide at least 72 hours' notice via email if you need to reschedule.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the full session fee may be charged to the card on file.
5. Age and Identification
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo.
Valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) is required at the time of your appointment. No exceptions.
6. Health and Safety
Waiver: You will be required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability form in person before the procedure begins.
Intoxication: We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If you arrive under the influence, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
Medical Conditions: You must disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g., blood-borne diseases, skin conditions, pregnancy) prior to the session.
7. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Artist Rights: The tattoo design remains the intellectual property of the artist.
Custom Designs: Designs are typically created on the day of the appointment or shortly before, based on the consultation. Major changes to the design idea after booking may require a rescheduling and a new deposit.
